[Entropy] Newsletter, April 2005
Dear All,
Welcome once more to the Entropy newsletter. If you're
receiving this letter it's because this email address has been
subscribed to the Entropy Announce list. If you did not

ENTROPY THIS MONTH
This month regulars Jim and Michael are joined by local DJ Jonny for a
night of classic Entropy tunes. Jonny last played for us back in
August but is better known recently for being the winner of our Brian
Blessed competition back in October!

ENTROPY LAST MONTH
With no rain or snow in sight (for a change) there was no reason for
people to stay away this month and people flocked to Entropy - nearly
hitting capacity!
Neither Roper nor Ruth had DJed for a while but they both came out of
the gates with guns blazing! Together with Jim, they all played a
blinder to an appreciative full house. Much dancing and drinking was
done by all.
If all of our nights in 2005 go as well as February's we're in for a
grand year. Thanks to everyone that made it a great night.
OTHER NEWS THIS MONTH
New web site on the way.
We've had the Entropy web site for some time now and it's due a little
nip and tuck. Next month we'll be updating the site. It'll look very
similar but will have direct links to our forum on the Alt Bath site,
will have a MUCH better 'flier viewer' and I'll make sure all of the
content is up to date.
If there's anything that _you_ would like to see on the web site
please let me know. This is your chance to make some changes!
Battle of the Bands
This month the University of Bath, Music Society kicks off their very
own Battle of the Bands competitons. There will be four heats on the
12th, 19th and 26th of April and the 3rd of May. The best bands will
go through to the Final on the 10th of May! If you have a band why not
enter? What's the worst that could happen...
