ENTROPY THIS MONTH

This month regular DJs Michael and Jim are joined once more by
local DJ Ruth. Expect indie, EBM, a little Noise perhaps the odd
dance tune and maybe even some cheesy tunes as the night draws to
a close... the usual really.

Doors open at 8pm on Saturday, 2nd December at the Porter Butt
on the London Road in Bath.

ENTROPY LAST MONTH

Jim and Michael were joined by local DJ Juamei this month for a quiet
Entropy. Perhaps running a gig on the same day as most people's
Bonfire night parties isn't the best idea but Entropy runs on the
first Saturday on the month and we're not going to change that! There
were a few other nights running in and around Bath but most our
regulars made an appearance and the new faces that came along had a
cracking time!

NEWS THIS MONTH

[ab]normal Open for Business

Bath has long had alternative clothes shops and the newest addition
continues the tradition of top-class merchandise and variety. [ab]normal
stocks clothes that are available nowehere else in the city, including
clothing by Lip Service, Spank, Heresy and Smell Your Mum along with
accesories and makeup by Croush and Stargazer.

If that wasn't enough they offer a professional piercing service and a

Judder Christmas Special

If you're not looking forward to a Christmas with the folks, endless
work parties eating turkey and fighting through crowds of shoppers
over the next month - why not cheer yourself up at the JUDDER
CHRISTMAS EXTRAVAGANZA. This month Judder runs twice, their usual
second Friday at the Two Pigs in Cheltenham followed by the Friday
before Christmas, the 22nd. With guest DJs from Club Misbehaviour in
Birmingham, expect something to clear away the Christmas cobwebs and
start your Christmas on a high.

Crash - Crashed!

After a false-start and a quiet launch party , the new Monday
indie/alt night Crash is no more. Although the first few nights went
well (we went, had a great time), the night has been called off.

Seven @ QTs is No More.

It seems to be the season of bad news for alt-nights in Bath. After
many years of Monday and Tuesday night madness - including a packed
Halloween night at the end of October - Seven has shut down. Numbers
had been dropping over the last few months. This combined with irregular
opening times, has caused the organisers to put Seven on hold. They're
looking for a new venue and may be back in the near future...

ROCK IT

Clubs may be having a tough time in Bath but every other week a new
night is opening up in Bristol. This month sees the launch of
Bristol's newest ROCK night. ROCK IT will run on every Saturday at
Shelter (opposite the Queen Shilling, next to the Mandrake Club) on
Frogmore St in Bristol. Shelter is a new club from the guys that run

   Planet X and Dead Punk Promotions present a two-room special with
   live music from Burning Skies, Ella, Mea Culpa and more TBA. DJS
   Dave Remix, Matt Deadpunk and Fran Corleone will be spinning the
   tunes in the club room all night.
   Doors open 9pm until 4am. Tickets are available from the Bristol
